Candle Pick-Up & Shipping Policy
Your candle requires time to cure and set properly. We offer two convenient options for receiving your finished creation:
•Immediate Pick-Up: You have the option to wait an additional 30–40 minutes after the workshop for your candle to cool down sufficiently.
•Shipping: If you prefer not to wait, all workshop candles can be shipped directly to you. Please let us know before the end of the workshop.
•Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $13 per candle applies for shipping.

Registration
•Advance Booking: We strongly encourage participants to book their spots in advance to secure availability, as space is limited for an intimate experience.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
•Final Sale: All ticket sales are final.
•Courtesy Transfer: If you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled workshop via email (steysy@the-creativehub.co) or phone (617-733-2909), we will allow a one-time courtesy transfer to another workshop within 30 days.
•Forfeiture: Failure to notify us within 24 hours before the event will result in the forfeiture of your ticket, making you ineligible for rescheduling or transfer.
•No Refunds: No refunds are offered for cancellations or no-shows.
Arrival and Participation
•Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop start time to ensure a smooth check-in process and to begin on time.
•Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may forfeit participation without refund or rescheduling, as the workshop begins promptly to respect all participants' time.
