You will be guided through the process of selecting your fragrance, wicking your vessel, and pouring your wax. This is more than a workshop; it is a moment of calm and creativity that results in a beautiful, personalized piece of home décor.

Age Limit
Participants must be 8 years or older. Children under 8 require a guardian present to sign a waiver. Children under 5 are not permitted in the workshop space.


Candle Pick-Up & Shipping Policy

Your candle requires time to cure and set properly. We offer two convenient options for receiving your finished creation:
Immediate Pick-Up: You have the option to wait an additional 30–40 minutes after the workshop for your candle to cool down sufficiently.
Shipping: If you prefer not to wait, all workshop candles can be shipped directly to you. Please let us know before the end of the workshop.
Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $13 per candle applies for shipping.

Registration

Advance Booking: We strongly encourage participants to book their spots in advance to secure availability, as space is limited for an intimate experience.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Final Sale: All ticket sales are final.
Courtesy Transfer: If you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled workshop via email () or phone (617-733-2909), we will allow a one-time courtesy transfer to another workshop within 30 days.
Forfeiture: Failure to notify us within 24 hours before the event will result in the forfeiture of your ticket, making you ineligible for rescheduling or transfer.
No Refunds: No refunds are offered for cancellations or no-shows.

Arrival and Participation

Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop start time to ensure a smooth check-in process and to begin on time.
Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may forfeit participation without refund or rescheduling, as the workshop begins promptly to respect all participants' time.
