Return Policy – Repour Collection & Discovery Samples

We want you to love every scent experience you have with us!
Because fragrance is deeply personal and our products are handcrafted in small batches, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Repour Collection items (candles)

• Discovery Samples (including sample kits and mini collections)

All sales are final for these items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Refund Policy – Mobile Fragrance Atelier

We are committed to creating a seamless, memorable experience for your event. To ensure we reserve your date and dedicate resources to your workshop:

• All retainers for weddings, bridal showers/bachelorettes, events, private workshops, and youth creative series are non-refundable.

• If you need to reschedule, your balance may be applied to another event date within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability.
  

We appreciate your understanding that each booking secures time, materials, and staffing for your event, and our policy allows us to serve all of our clients with the highest level of care and attention.
