Terms of Service

Welcome to The Creative Hub! By booking with us or shopping our products, you agree to the following terms:
Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date for weddings, engagement parties, bridal showers/bachelorettes, corporate events, private events, workshops, and youth creative series.

Your remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event date listed on your invoice to secure your event.

If you need to reschedule, your payment (minus the retainer) can be applied toward a future date within 12 months, subject to availability.
Cancellations

Retainers are non-refundable.

If you cancel more than 14 days before your event, your remaining balance may be applied to another event date.
Product Sales

Repour Collection & Discovery Samples: All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Custom scents, labels, and special-order products cannot be returned or refunded.
Event Day Details

Please ensure your space is ready with tables, chairs, and any agreed-upon setup needs.

Additional time beyond what was contracted may result in overtime fees.
Safety & Responsibility
Our workshops use high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients. Participants are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or sensitivities in advance. The Traveling Atelier is not liable for adverse reactions to products or ingredients.
Intellectual Property
All fragrances, workshop formulas, and event materials remain the property of The Traveling Atelier and cannot be reproduced or resold without permission.
